Research Interests
I am interested in the study of animal and human populations using ancient and modern genomic data and methods at the intersection of population genetics and computational genomics and bioinformatics. My current research lines include: (1) genomics of extinction, (2) ancient human genomics, (3) bumblebee adaptation, and (4) conservation genomics.
