Research Description

As a plant biologist, I have always been fascinated by plant’s robust adaptation. My previous research includes flowering (M.Sc.) and vascular development (Ph.D) under fluctuating environmental conditions. Currently I am developing new novel techniques to capture and sort environmental DNA (eDNA) for metagenomic analysis of the Swedish (ancient and modern) forest biodiversity by employing tools in microscopic imaging, cell sorting, and single-cell sequencing.
